Motoyuki Isobe

Representative Director

Motoyuki founded Techouse, Inc. in 2012 as its President and Representative Director while attending Waseda University's School of Advanced Science and Engineering.

Naoyuki Omata

Director

After graduating from Keio University's Faculty of Economics, Naoyuki joined DIAM Co., Ltd. (now Asset Management One Co., Ltd.). His work included fund accounting, structuring, and other related tasks. He joined Techouse, Inc. in 2015 and spearheaded multiple business launches as well as the formation of the Administrative Department. He took the office of a director in 2019 and currently oversees the Corporate Division.

Kimiyuki Suda

Outside Director

After graduating from Waseda University's School of Commerce, Kimiyuki helped launch services such as SKY PerfecTV, Broadmedia, and Yahoo! BB at SoftBank Corp. He became CFO of Aeria Inc. in 2002 and helped the company go public. After leaving Aeria Inc., he started working as an outside director and advisor for several startups. He took the office of an outside director at Techouse, Inc. in 2021.

Satoshi Umino

Outside Director

After graduating from Ritsumeikan University's College of International Relations, Satoshi joined ZIGExN Co., Ltd. where he managed media businesses in recruiting, used car sales, real estate, and other sectors before being appointed Director in 2013. He also assisted in its listing on the TSE Mothers Index. Additionally, he served as CEO for several subsidiaries. In 2020, he founded CarpeDiem Corporation as its Managing Director. He took the office of an outside director at Techouse, Inc. in 2021.

Kazuo Unozawa

External Auditor (Full-time)

After graduating from Kansai University's Faculty of Law, Kazuo joined McDonald's Japan. He subsequently worked overseas and became a Director of Operations in 1995. In 2003, he was appointed as Chief Operations Officer and Chief Real Estate Development Officer. He joined Culture Convenience Club Co., Ltd. in 2004 and was responsible for labor management, employee training, and business audit consulting for franchisees. He took the office of an external auditor at Techouse, Inc. in 2021.

Masashi Kureta

External Auditor

After graduating from Chuo University’s Faculty of Commerce, Masashi began his career as an auditor at Shin Nihon Kansa Hojin (now Ernst & Young ShinNihon LLC). He was seconded to the IPO Division at SMBC Nikko Securities Inc. in 2016, where he worked on several IPO projects. He then leveraged this experience to become an independent IPO consultant in 2019. He founded ES Next Audit Corporation (now ES Next LLC) in 2020 as a Representative Partner, now Partner. He took the office of an external auditor at Techouse, Inc. in 2021.

Tomoko Saito

External Auditor

After graduating from the University of Tokyo's Faculty of Arts and Sciences, and job practice at Daiwa Securities Co. Ltd., Tomoko passed Japanese National Bar Examination in 1995 and started to practice law at Kioicho Sogo Law Office in 1998. During her career as a lawyer at Tokyo City Law & Tax Partners (now City-Yuwa Partners), she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Tulane University School of Law in 2004. Following overseas and international law experiences at Hughes Hubbard & Reed LLP and DLA Piper Tokyo Partnership, she joined Hanzomon Sogo Law Office in 2017. In 2020, she started to serve as the Legal Counsel at Discover 21, Inc. (to present). She took the office of an external auditor at Techouse, Inc. in 2023.

Jin Sayama

Corporate Officer

After graduating from University of Tokyo's School of Engineering, Jin joined Sumitomo Electric Industries, Ltd. and helped initiate the manufacturing of Thunderbolt cables. He joined SOLIZE Corporation in 2014 and provided organizational and production management consulting for leading infrastructure manufacturers. He joined Techouse, Inc. in 2016, and is in charge of the core business. He took the office of a corporate officer in 2021 and currently oversees the entire business.

Shuhei Mochizuki

Corporate Officer

While a student at Kogakuin University’s School of Advanced Engineering, Shuhei joined Techouse, Inc. as an intern in 2017 and participated in the launch of JobHouse Factory. After being appointed Head of JobHouse Factory in 2020, he achieved 10X growth in revenue. He took the office of a corporate officer in 2024 and oversees the Human Resource Platform.

Shotaro Nakamura

Corporate Officer

After graduating from Keio University’s Faculty of Economics, Shotaro joined GREE, Inc., where he worked in marketing and launched new business initiatives. In 2015, he co-founded every, Inc., overseeing marketing for multiple products. He joined The Breakthrough Company GO in 2021 and led digital marketing and the launch of new businesses. He joined Techouse, Inc. in 2022, and built the marketing department for the Human Resource Platform Business. He took the office of a corporate officer in 2024 and oversees the Human Resource Platform and Marketing.

Takuya Nakagawa

Corporate Officer

After graduating from Tohoku University’s Faculty of Economics, Takuya joined NTT DATA Corporation. Initially working on public sector projects, he subsequently focused on the development and launch of new business initiatives. He planned and commercialized new projects, including OCR, RPA, and AI solutions. As the head of the RPA business, he led its growth, resulting in sales of 10 billion yen. He joined Techouse, Inc. and took the office of a corporate officer in 2023, and currently oversees Cloud Services.

Gaku Nonaka

Corporate Officer

After graduating from Kyoto University’s Faculty of Engineering, Gaku joined Speee Inc.. He was involved in launching new businesses and served as the project lead for several initiatives. In 2017, he joined Pathee Inc., where he led the growth of the media business and has been serving as a board member since 2020. Gaku joined Techouse Inc. in 2022 and drove 4X growth in the Monthly Recurring Revenue (MRR) of the 'CloudHouse Workforce' product. He took the office of a corporate officer in 2024 and currently oversees Cloud Services and HR Strategy.
